"The hotel is nice but we had some issues. Someone was calling consistently in the middle of the night without saying a word, just breathing. We talked to the manager and said he couldn’t do anything other than disconnect the phone.
The room they gave me was old, drapes unhinged and room dusty.
At check out l, I looked over my charges and agreed to them and gave them my credit card. When I got home, there was a different amount charged and other charges pending. When I called they had me send them my signed invoice and credit card statements. They sent me another invoice in which they were charging me for an extra person for breakfast and other items. I called 4 times to get this resolved. At the end, Leonardo said it had to do with the currency conversion and couldn't explain the extra charges, or the extra person for breakfast. Very disappointed. I’m working with my credit card to get this resolved."
