Lugar cómodo y tranquilo.

La habitación es pequeña pero tiene todas las comodidades, tiene clima que funciona muy bien, la ducha es amplia y funciona bien el agua caliente. Televisión de canales. El personal es amable. Tiene el estacionamiento dentro del hotel. La única incomodidad es que el clima da directamente a la cabecera de la cama y daba frío. En Xalpan hace bastante calor y hay que ponerlo para dormir. Lo solucionamos durmiendo del revés , no fue un gran problema.

En general, bien, pero no tienen servicio de internet. Están construyendo una alberca, eso es un plus y no mencionan que las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, que es indispensable en esa zona.

Hubo sorpresas que no están al alcance de los dueños del hotel,sin embargo:que son indispensables para poder tener un alojamiento adecuado:Como el agua caliente,servicio de internet y cable y papel de baño insuficiente,mismo que después fue arreglado la situación del agua caliente, es importante mencionar que el alojamiento es limpio,tranquilo y seguro.

Nos asignaron en un edificio que aún están terminando de construir y tiene varios detalles, entre ellos: las ventanas no tienen tela para mosquitos y se meten los animales. Debes mantener las ventanas cerradas, incluso la del baño y se encierra bastante calor.

Es un hotel modesto pero limpio y cómodo. Sufrimos un poco con el agua caliente,hay que avisar para que la pongan, la presión de la regadera no es muy buena.La comida del restaurante es buena.

Excelente opción para disfrutar de la sierra

El lugar es muy fácil de ubicar, está sobre la carretera, el personal es muy amable y el lugar muy limpio, lo único es que las cobijas eran muy delgadas y para personas friolentas hizo falta una cobija más gruesa
