Unfortunately and regrettably, you did not notice the after hours check in process and read it before you completed the booking.To label my business as fraudulent is wrong and is a complete misrepresentation of the situation.

Dear Lesley We are very happy you enjoyed your stay over the weekend! We supply complimentary tea and coffee, however we don't provide a toaster or microwave as standard inclusions I'm sorry! We did assign our housekeeper to service all of our motel rooms on Saturday morning, so we sincerely apologise if this did not occur.
