Absolutely beautiful place. We met lovely people whist staying at Aquamarina and the staff are very friendly. It was quiet and peaceful with the access to the beach was heaven, we enjoyed every day.

From the time I arrived to the hotel both of the front desk people were so nice a male and a female(i am horrible with names unfortunately) I had to wait for my room to check in, which was not an issue. I sat at fhe beach for a while then had lunch. The hotel isa small boutique hotel and i loved the seclusion. Every day wqs beautiful there and my oceanfront room was gorgeous. All the foods and drinks were amazing! 10/10 had the best birthday vacation I've ever had and they made it very special. All of the staff was so kind

i did a very late check in and what i found was a smile from staff upon my arrival, a very quiet place with a huge clean pool, awsome food options and a full mini bar inside the room. big smart screen tv and great A/C unit. the beach is almos endless in low tide and the beauty expands for miles. Nothing epse to say but a great choice if you really want to relax. thank you Mateo and all the Aquamarine staff for a great 30 anniversary trip memories. karibu Sana

Perfect location for R&R

Lovely resort for R&R after our safari. They arranged a taxi to and from the airport which was extremely helpful. They even arranged one for us in Dar es Salaam which was a huge stress reliever. That customer service was above and beyond. The facility had a lovely place to sit by the ocean and pool. The pool was the perfect temperature. Had it not been for the intense sun I would have stayed in it all day. The food was good and they were very flexible on availability. There was always someone there to get you what you wanted. We would go again and stay longer next time!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure you were happy. The hotel was clean and the pool quiet and beautiful. Beach access was great and the view from our room was stunning. It was a great place to relax after climbing Kilimanjaro! Only issue was limited range of food, particularly for vegetarians.

The property was as pictured though their social media presence is lacking and should be updated to keep potential guests interested . The staff did their best to make us comfortable in every way throughout our stay and were always very responsive to requests . We had an ocean view room which was as pictured . We spent many days just lounging on our porch enjoying the ocean breeze . A few things that need improvement : bath should be tiled asap, the rendered concrete look ends up getting stained over time and though bathroom is cleaned daily , it tends to look moldy , even if it’s not . door screens in some places should be repaired where ripped to prevent insects entering room. Spraying the property vs spraying the actual rooms daily may be more effective at mosquito control food offering , portion and quality needs to be addressed . The menu remains the same daily with no variation or change of any kind except if they’re out of an item by the time you come to dine . The portion is extremely small and even if you opted to exclude an item from your meal or they ran out of an item by the time you dined , you aren’t propped up with what you did select , just the usual portion or less of the other items . We have had several mornings where we were told there were no more beans or avocado was sliced super thin because there obviously wasn’t enough left for someone having breakfast in the last hour . Dinner was constantly salty . Cut salt content and let guests add if they want

Local muito bom, equipe atenciosa. Porém fica mais isolado e não há opções próximas para mercado e restaurantes. O cardápio não é muito variado e o sinal de Wi-Fi não funcionava muito bem no nosso quarto.
