"It is a real privilege to stay in a castle. It is stunning; the interior courtyard is cool and a great place to enjoy breakfast, cocktails or just read a book. The restaurant serves amazing food, and the staff are delightful. If I ever find myself in Salamanca again i will stay here, I will definitely eat here, everything is just delightful."

"I had an issue with the AC as I arrived. Staff at reception were accommodating and I was moved to a lower floor unit that the AC worked better. Still it wasn't as cooler as I like to sleep. Staff at buffet very accommodating and helpful. I wish AC was cooler."

"When I went there in the morning to leave a case I was dismayed to find a lot of steep steps. However going back in the afternoon to check in I asked if there was somewhere to leave my mobility walker I was given a key to access the building and use a lift. Excellent. We overcame my lack of Spanish."

"Amazing place, it has character. Good little bar with a terrace (I think it is part of the hotel). Parking is tight for cars, bit worried with some of the cars reversing out of it. One of them nearly hit my motorbike…. Luckily I was there to remind him to watch what he was doing. Good view from the terrace and very close to town bars. I’ll visit again."

"From the moment we arrived at hotel, which was almost midnight, we were treated like family. The warmth and attentiveness of Alberto made our first night unforgettable. We were welcome by two drinks and Alberto set up the perfect temperature of our room to our like. During our visit, I unfortunately got stung by a wasp, but the way the hotel mobilized to assist me was truly remarkable. They quickly provided a tweezer to remove the stinger, applied alcohol, and even offered mud from the spa to soothe the pain. The staff kept checking on me, making us feel cared for and loved. The accommodations were impeccable. Our room was clean, spacious, and featured the most comfortable mattress, ensuring a restful stay. We also enjoyed an excellent selection of ambient music that added to the relaxing atmosphere. A special shoutout to Lorena and Belén at the front desk—they exemplified true hospitality, helping us store our locally purchased cheese and chocolate and booking all our activities since our Spanish is not proficient. The spa was a highlight of our trip, offering various treatment pools and saunas that left us feeling rejuvenated. One of the most memorable experiences was the wine tour led by Mr. Mogul. His passion for winemaking shone through as he spent nearly three hours guiding us through the process and allowing us to taste some outstanding wines from this amazing winery. 100% recommend it to anyone! And thanks to all staff and the business owners!"
