"Overall I would recommend this hotel which has comfortable rooms and is conveniently located to explore this interesting town. Staff were all pleasant and very helpful. The restaurant food in the evening was delicious. However breakfast was disappointing. It lacked healthy options other than eggs. All the cereals were processed, including the ‘muesli’, bacon & sausage were overcooked & greasy, even the yoghurt was sweet. Such a shame given the high standard of food in the evening. Would have given top marks otherwise "

"Breakfast was good, it could benefit from fresh fruit like melon and grapes, and maybe a better selection of lacto free options. Our first and only dinner in the restaurant was unfortunately a huge disappointment as the food was obviously microwaved and it was still cold when it came to the table. Overall the hotel experience was very good, situated in a great place with easy access to central Paris. Beds where comfortable and no noise from the street or other patrons. Underground parking for a fair fee per night. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family."

"Clean and modern room, with great layout for families with the toilet separate from the main bathroom / shower / sink. While we didn’t take advantage of the food, there were quite a few people in the restaurant when we walked by in the evening. Staff were very helpful and responsive to any additional needs, such as additional bedding, towels, etc. Very good location, with easy access to train for traffic-free and affordable transport into the heart of Paris within half hour door-to-door."

"Breakfast was just ok, lacking of vegetables and fruits. Room is cleaned but all bed sheets only change when requested. Room is just bed and one small table, nothing else (no cups, no fridge, no safety box, no coffees in room…) everything you need have to come down to the lobby. "

"We recently had a three-night stay at this hotel. The location between Pontoise and Cergy-Pontoise made it possible to easily access the train station in either location without a problem. This property is also about a 15-minute walk from the 3 Fontaines shopping center. We arrived quite late on our first night, but the night watchman let us in and checked us in cordially and efficiently. He made sure that we could access the wifi and that all of our questions had been answered. We were greeted warmly for breakfasts. They were very good, offering both a few hot items and a variety of cold items. Everything was well organized, and the dining area was calm while we were there. Our room was small, but everything in it worked, and it had been satisfactorily cleaned. The only issue we had was with the shower. It was difficult to climb in and out over the side of a bathtub without any safety equipment. Also, when taking a shower, water leaked out from under the glass surrounding the shower. "

"Very clean and comfortable but quite Spartan. Good for a overnight stay (we stay here for the night when attending a concert at the palace) . It has ample street parking in front of the hotel, and a supermarket downstairs. "
