"Great location. Everything we needed was easily walkable so, great bonus to just park the car and enjoy the town. The only suggestion I have is that the breakfast buffet (not included in price of stay) could have been more robust in the offerings and the stocking of items. We ended up eating out for breakfast after day 1 but, would have much preferred to eat on site."

"This was a very basic place to stay. Room was good for one night rest from a long road trip. We stay in Lancaster-area often. For future stays, we prefer a hotel with more amenities."

"Wifi did not work. Shower water was cold for myself, and several others that were staying with me in different rooms. There was hair all over the comforter when I arrived to the room. The property itself was just a mess."

"We enjoyed the hot tub. The breakfast was very nice. Parking was easy with different doors for different areas. The hotel was easy to get to from Lancaster's highways. I enjoyed the comfy reading chair. Great beds."

"Located on a quiet street but convenient to all major streets and highways. Hotel is fairly new so it’s clean and beds are fairly quiet. Every way to cut construction costs is evident but overall it’s a typical Fairfield property. Housekeeping staff is average. One tiny little bar of soap was never replaced until day 4 of our stay, counters not cleaned, trash not emptied. Front desk staff friendly enough."

"We got into our room and could not find a towel without a stain on it. Went to ask for clean towels and was met with reluctance on getting more towels. We come back in only to find out our bathroom door IS LOCKED! I make the mistake of taking matters into my own hands and PICKING THE LOCK OF OUR OWN BATHROOM DOOR, so my significant other can actually use the restroom. Against better judgement we try to use the shower and continue with our night only to find out the shower did not work either....

"Overall good stay, unfortunately we were woken up at 5:30am by the front desk asking if we had a water overflowing- which scared my 8 year old and caused a rough start to the morning. "

"I did not stay there. Their add was bait and switch. It showed a large farm house that I believed had been transformed into a motel. Far from it . So deceptive."

"Staff was fine just a little hard to understand and not rude but not welcoming, It’s a red roof inn. You get what you expect and is pricey for what it is but the area it’s self is pricey in general. Better attention to cleaning detail is needed. Shower had tons or rust flakes and the whole property is old worn down and needs really remodeling, not just painting over stains and what not. It’s time To get new sheets and bedding. Clean and comfy enough but doesn’t justify the cost"
