"Found the room to be clean, the pool area well maintained, and the dining area common area kept clean. Would suggest if anyone is staying only tonight to have some sort of signage, letting them know that the dirty towels are not taken from the room and fresh towels replaced. The front staff was not always available in the mornings and did not see a way to alert anyone that assistance was needed. My biggest disappointment and I did speak to the manager was on the second evening. I wanted to print...

"TV didn’t work, phone didn’t work so couldn’t call the front desk, fire alarm battery needed to be changed, and when we finally went to check out they said “we tried to change your room for you, I don’t know why nobody told you” Meanwhile, we were at the front desk atleast twice a day asking for help."

"The hotel itself was nice enough, but we complained to the front desk that housekeeping never came during our stay and they informed us it was by request only. So we requested housekeeping come by and they still never did. Other than that it was alright, and it was very quiet. Breakfast was nice."
