"Nice location on the fringe of the strip with fair prices and $4 margarita special"

"Tried for early check in 3 times. Once at 1245 (was a long shot and I knew that) . Was told to come back and try at 2, was turned away and told to try again at 330. Came back at 330, room was not ready so drove to Walmart. When I finally Got the check in text room ready I was already on my way to Walmart so came back at around 7 and was told my type of room (two bedroom) was not available. I couldn’t understand how it was given to someone else and he couldn’t fix it. I did my pre check in and all of that but I asked for a manager or an auditor to release another room. Was told all the managers leave at 6 don’t come back in till 9/11. Gentleman at the desk had to call Hilton something corporate to get a room for my family. "

"The hotel was clean. Everything was included in the room for us to cook. Washer and dryer felt like being at home. I would recommend this hotel to everyone in my family."

"The room was overall the worst part. The shower was dirty and had green from not being cleaned. I also noticed an exposed power outlet in the bathroom. After check-in I went to take a shower and noticed there was no body wash. I notified the front desk and they advised they would take care of it. After about 7 hours away from the room, the hotel staff still did not fill the body wash. After notifying the front desk again, they advised they ran out. About 30 min later, housekeeping refilled it. I also notified them about the exposed socket and they advised they would get maintenance to check it out the next day. Maintenance never came. Overall for the money spent, and the amount of times staff was notified, I would recommend staying at a different location. "

"Beautiful resort, lovely spacious suites. Clean and classy. We enjoyed the lounge, sat outdoors. Unfortunately we were unable to register on the KEE app and your staff couldn't seem to help us. We loved the large tvs but it might help guests to have some instructions available. Love the idea of AI advance hotel but the execution is lacking."

"Pool was great with many available lounge chairs and shade for those who wanted it. "
