"From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a clean lobby and smiling faces. We got to know the staff pretty well and they all made us feel so welcome. The room we stayed in was absolutely clean. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at this location and enjoyed both. It also offers a shuttle bus service if you want to go to bush gardens or Colonial Williamsburg. You have to pay for parking but that’s ok."

"It is clean and staff very helpful. I can write a lot about positives, but what matter are the negatives. First, laundry is not connected, the elevator doesnt have sensor and will close on people, the AC water drops outside the rear exit."

"Andre Hill the front desk manager and his staff do a great job of displaying Williamsburg hospitality. Starting with a smile and hello upon entering the lobby doors, clean rooms,comfortable beds, good free breakfast and close to Amtrak Train station. Stayed 3 nites."

"Expedia’s pet fee listing is incorrect. The pet fee is $75, not $50. The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The bathroom towels could use a refresh as they were pretty scratchy."

"The lack of an elevator should have been emblazoned all over this listing. My disabled husband had to climb 2 flights of stairs- with me hauling our luggage, as there were also no luggage carts. The front desk is .3 miles away, and nobody is present on this property to be of any help. And in the morning all 3 phones in our room were dead, so forget contacting the front desk. On the bright side, the room was a lovely size. And they did offer to change us to a ground floor room, but we were...
