"There was no alarm clock in the room. I asked for a wake call at 5:30 am and no one ever called me. I heard someone talking at 4:30 am and that was what woke me up. The front desk check in man isn’t very friendly or welcoming at the hotel.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The coffee was good on check out day."

"I originally have this a 5 star but when I checked my house skippers which were cleaned, I was shocked to see see how filthy they were after just 2 nights. Perhaps, since we had our little service dog, we were given an inferior room or a 'Dog' specific room"

"Hallway smells, once we entered the room it smelled from the carpet (had to use my own refreshener). Refrigerator was open and wasn't even on, shampoo battle was empty. Breakfast was very limited (great value brand)."
