"Staff were helpful and friendly, great location minutes to train, tram and bus. For us shower was difficult to adjust and not much pressure. Bigger issue was inadequate lighting in kitchen which made cooking more burdensome. Overall very satisfied."

"Bed and linens were very good, and room was clean. Carpet and walls and very worn and need updating. Location is ok, but rooms that face the street get road noise. Found silverfish in bathroom."
