"Highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We stayed for 8 nights and with kids. Area is very safe and good for large family. Staff are friendly. Every night they gave us different little surprises (chocolate, cookies, eye packs, serum, hand cream…) food from the restaurant and room service were very good. "

"The hotel was lovely. The reception area is quite small so if another party is lingering it feels crammed. The theme is lovely. I was travelling with my daughter and we loved our little room. We loved that the water-closet was in a separate room and the fact that it was a lovely tub and shower was a treat bc the weather was quite damp. We did not get to use the pool unfortunately. It looked really nice. We also did not do breakfast as I find the cost not worth it. My only complaint about...

"This was a great hotel in a wonderful location in Zurich old town. The rooms were ‘simply’ furnished and very clean. Only slight points to mention would be the breakfast. We arrived at 9am (breakfast is until 10.30) and all hot food had gone, as had the rolls. Staff mentioned making more but that didn’t happen. The bath towels were on the small side and could be thicker in quality. We would have no hesitation in staying there again."

"The hotel was great for our first trip to Paris with small children. The hotel is very clean and the staff are all very friendly. We were able to use the pool on our last night and the kids really enjoyed it. The cherry on top was the crepe place at the top of the hill! The owners are amazing and made us feel right at home. We ended up stopping in every day just to say hello and grab a sweet treat before bed."

"Excellent location if you plan to take a train from Gare de Lyon. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Its a solid four star hotel."

"Parking no where near easy, it was secure but not easy to pull in. Very very narrow. If you have a coupe or smaller car you might have better luck. Our car was left with a large scratch on the side. When we asked if there were any other ways to get in we were told no. If you are staying here, pay more money for the parking 5 mins away and don’t risk scratching your car. "

"We had a wonderful stay in this boutique hotel. Rooms were neat and clean, staff was friendly, and attentive, and the location was great (close to restaurants, cafes and many local attractions. The lovely indoor pool was a pleasure to enjoy after a long day touring the city. There are so many hotels in the city it's overwhelming, but you can't go wrong with the Hotel Madeleine de Senlis!"

"The property was nice and clean, the neighborhood feels safe even at night. The heating didnt really work, so it got quite chilly, especially overnight. Walls are thin, mornings are particularly loud. Staff was friendly and professional."
