Staff was very attentive and accommodating, the room I selected via pics on Expedia was not accurate. We spoke with the young lady at the desk and they moved us to a wonderful apartment!!

Belle demeure, pas de chance la rue était en travaux! Pas d’insonorisation! Fenêtre opaque, qui donnait sûrement sur les toilettes des voisins! Et la nuit quand il se levait, lumière dans notre chambre….

Ante todo Jardin es hermosa ! El hotel es Estupendo muy bien ubicado,limpio, con un estilo muy tradicional “ pero “ IMPOSIBLE descansar durante todo el día , entre el campanario toda la noche , el ruido de los bares y las motos ratón , imposible relajarse , una pena pero no volvería a un hotel cerca de la plaza principal .

The property is beautiful and traditional. This location is close to everything you need. However, I do have 1 concern. I paid for a Superior Room which details show a large room with balcony and 1 double bed. Upon arrival, check in was easy and the receptionist was friendly. However, I was not given the room I paid for. I was given a much smaller room on the main floor in the rear of the building that looks like a standard room. I informed the receptionist about my concern and I was told that the main rooms upstairs were sold out for the day. So do I get a partial refund if I was given a room that costs less than what I paid for?

This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. Perfect location! It's a little loud because it's on the town plaza, but that made for great people watching on the balcony. Very simple, rugged spot but the view and decor made the three hour bus ride worth it. Also the staff had great recs for things to do (we went horse back riding!) and it was nice to be so close to all the bars and restaurants in the square.

Ok hotel. Very nice staff members. Its centrally located with a lot of shopping and eating very close. The room was ok, but no window. That always bothers me! Also there is SO MUCH noise from outside, the streets and the nightlife. If you want a party spot this may be it! If you want a nice relaxing peaceful trip to Jardin than no, this is not the spot.

Loved my stay here! It is a very cute hotel, clean, nicely decorated. For such a great price, my private room was perfect. This is also in a great location right in the middle of the main plaza. Also has a nice balcony that I enjoyed sitting on working. Only downside is that it is right next to a few bars that can get very loud at night, so if you're trying to get some sleep that may be hard especially on weekends or on holidays. However, I am a heavy sleeper so that didn't bother me. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
