"Staff was very attentive and helpful. Room was quirky but very cool. Had food at two of the restaurants - Pincete and the Terrace-and both were very tasty. Had a European retro feel and enjoyed our time there!"

"They parked us on the 5th floor, located 2 rooms from the gym. When people are using the gym, you can feel the vibrations of the equipment(treadmill, cross trainer, etc.) We were woken up every day as early as 5:30 hearing weights drop, loud noises, etc. from the gym. I cant image the rooms below. I was not the only guest to mention the gym during our stay. Quite a bit of street noise, more than i expected. I had booked this hotel as the reviews mentioned quiet, i would have to disagree....

"Such a great property and find. We were in room 708, 4th floor (top level). It was a corner room, very spacious. Couch, bed, small kitchen and bathroom. Such a comfortable bed which can be rare. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Check-in was so easy and fast, nicest front desk people and they carried our luggage up to the room. Please note that there is no elevator but we knew that going in as it’s clearly listed in the property description. Good way to work off the poutine, bagels...
