"Jasper Inn and Suites has over 100 units 2 storey blocks. We stayed here for 2 nights. Check in was fast, and the counter staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions for places to explore and eat. They provided free cookies and even gave out free handmade soap for Mother’s Day. Our room with 2 Queen beds room came with an iron, fan, fridge and coffeemaker. There’s heating (piped in hot water) but no air-conditioning. I slept comfortably and soundly. There's no complementary breakfast or free coffee/tea at the lobby. On site is a diner which serves breakfast buffet (for $22) and dinner only from Tuesdays-Saturdays. You don’t have to get breakfast or dinner there - there are many restaurants, at least a bakery, and Nestor’s, a grocery store only 10 mins walk away if you want to get a meal. Laundry (3 washers and 3 dryers) is available in the laundry room on the lower level. It’s $2 for wash and $2 for drying. The maid service was efficient, it is crewed by 3 young staff who were friendly and seemed to enjoy their work very much."
"I have no complaints!! Lots of wildlife, beautiful views & the personal campfire was an extra bonus!! The cabin was perfect in every way & perfect for that getaway. I will be recommending Pine Bungalows to family/friends.
Thank You for a memorable experience."
"Being welcome to pets was really good. There were some issues. Checking in was not good. There was another gentleman and a language barrier. And he was very loud. But the staff member was addrssing him standing in front of me, but talking to him diagonally. I did not hear anything being said to me. How about be right across from him or take him aside. The room was brutal! In that, there was dead air, hot and suffocating. The baseboard heat was hot, the ac unit sounded like a broken tractor, smelled, and did not circulate any air. The second night we got a fan, but it was brutal. Our room was not tidied at all. I called and was told that during check in they told me that if we wanted our room tidied to call. How about a sign on the door? As again, i didnt hear a word said to me at check in. A flush mount ceiling fan is much needed. The room was clean and neat, but you couldnt stay in the room due to the air quality. "
"Great views over lake & mountains, room clean & comfortable. Has got a restaurant, on arrival at about 6pm we were told there were no tables available, location is about 6km out of Jasper & there is nothing else nearby, reception staff were not particularly helpful, there is no separate bar, having driven all day we had no option other than to drive into Jasper. We did have breakfast & evening meal in restaurant the following day, staff & food were good. On last day we were told there was no breakfast as restaurant was closed. However that morning there was a large coach party that the restaurant was open for giving them breakfast. We paid a lot of money to stay, not impressed as clearly breakfast was available, only not for us. I did complain."
"Just minor issues, fitted sheet was not on properly, front desk didn’t text me when room was ready, but it was when I got back to the hotel. Rooms and room amenities were great."
