"When I went to the room the door was pooped open by the security latch. There were people all over the hotel who could easily just walk into the room since it was not locked. I entered the room and immediately noticed two puddles of water on the floor of the main room. The door to the room wouldn't close properly or lock. I went back to the desk and requested another room. I explained the reasons and the gentleman said nothing other than "here's your new room number". I went to the new room and was again disappointed in cleanliness and the overall room. The TV had some satellite service that said "not available at this time, check back later." What channels did work were limited and confusing. The toilet and sink had hairs and dirt on them. The shampoo container mounted in the shower was empty. And dirty. The refrigerator was smelly and dirty as was the microwave. The refrigerator was literally sitting on a padded bench, not a table or stand but a padded bench. The mattress was old, uncomfortable and sank in at the foot of the bed. You literally could not sit on the end of the bed. It sank down. I went around to several other hotels to try and find somewhere else to stay. Unfortunately I paid through Expedia and was not able to get a refund for this booking. There was not much availability and what was available was outside of my price range. I was genuinely concerned fot the safety of my car and property inside. To be safe I completely emptied it out both nights I was there."
