"The place smelled really bad like cigarettes. Go into the bathroom and it smelled like sewage. Rugs were filthy black dirt on our feet. Queen size bed right in the living room behind the tv."

"The price I paid did not match the quality that I expected. The house was cheaply renovated and did not have enough kitchen essentials to cook a meal. I did not have a baking sheet to even heat up a frozen pizza.The beds were uncomfortable. The rooms needed blackout curtians, even the living room. We could not turn off the lights in the back which made sleeping dificult. On a positive note, it had ample living room and dining furniture."

"You know how you see pictures of a rental house and when you show up the house looks nothing like the pictures? This was not the case at all here and the house did not disappoint. The communication of necessary info was very timely and arriving/departing was a smooth process. The house was cleaner than other rental houses I’ve been in (had some leftover gunk in the bathroom, but otherwise the rest of the house was pretty pristine).
