"Terrible, stained furniture and nasty old dirty carpet, dark, water gushing out of the sink faucet, using utility elevators which were filthy, supposedly remodeling yet no information about that online when reserving nor an email previous to checkin, additionally it was impossible to find the utility elevator in the hallway-so in an emergency we would have to decent 6 flights of stairs-dangerous! Mattress went about a foot and a half way down, no other rooms available according to desk, yet no cars in parking lot-?, gross, can’t believe they would take $ from people. We checked out within 20 minutes, late at night and paid a fortune for a last minute hotel 4 miles away because of false advertising. The desk could not contest a refund, it was within 20 minutes of checking in. Then wanted to refer one of their other hotels. Uh? NO! Do NOT stay at the “Elegante”, nothing elegant in that nightmare. DO NOT STAY in this hotel or trust their other “hotels”. Nasty!"
