"Staff was friendly and helpful, with a quick easy check in. Rooms where clean however, they where outdated, tub faucet dripped and the tub itself was rusting. Breakfast was a challenge..it was a busy time and waited in a line for 5 mins. Toaster didn't toast (at all)"

"The Good: Our room was clean Bed was comfortable Staff were very pleasant and helpful The Not-so-good: Our room had a patio door. It had no screen and was hard to open The carpets on the outside of the rooms were marked with bird droppings. The fitness room - air conditioning broken; tv not working; stationary bike - no electronics working Price was high for what you got."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel and breakfast were perfect, but it was really the helpful staff that made it one of our favorite stays this year. We left our iPad in our room when we checked out, and Kimberly and Christine went really above and beyond to get it sent to us in British Columbia. Hinton was a lovely town, too, close to Jasper National Park without being in the craziness of the park. We really recommend the Kanata."

"There was renovation during my visit so not many amenities were available. However, because of renovation, they offered free continental breakfast, which was pretty good. Hope they keep the free continental breakfast even after the completion of the renovation. Also they are adding Montana's restaurant to the premise. Can't wait to check them out during my next visit."
