"Parking was great and close to the door. Gentleman helping me check in was so friendly. Requested an extra blanket but it didn’t come. The hot tubs on the roof are cozy with a mountain view! Will continue to come back time and time again. It’s probably the only place I will stay in Jasper."

"Rooms were very small, but its,an old heritage hotel. Beds very comfortable, very clean hotel, staff accomodating and two exceptional restaurants attached to hotel. Right downtown Jasper. Would highly recommend !"

"Pricey but the view was beautiful, the staff was good. We though we were going to get a private hot tub, but got a bathtub instead.called front desk, they said they dont have rooms with hot tubs, but Expedia charged us an extra $50 for a room with a hot tub. Aalto restaurant was good, wine was pricey."
