"Price was excellent"

"Great stay here, we slept and relaxed. It’s onto of a mountain to be prepared for a shocking drive. Beautiful surroundings once you’re there. Can get a bit noisy from the street. Called the number in the booking for help with Ju booking, the lady was extremely accommodating and it was a great process. Thank you!"

"The shower curtain had mold, should be changed."

"We had a few inconvenience issues and pointed them out to the administration. They apologized but did not offer a courtesy credit or reward. "

"Overall, the experience was good. Upon arrival, our studio was not ready, although the cleaning staff resolved the issue quickly. The first impression was positive, but several details affected our stay. I also shared this same feedback directly with the host. 1. We could not control the A/C temperature, so the first night was extremely cold. 2. The provided bedsheet was stained and dirty, so we could not use it. 3. The sofa bed and upholstery were dirty.

"Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. "

"It needs an update and a better mattress."

"Property needs maintenance. There is a laundry mat across the street which was an absolute life savor. We decided to wash the sheets and quilt, looked like it was used and not changed from last guest. There is a lobby that is general use for the occupants but not inside the room as listed. It’s a one stop deal and it did its purpose overall. Bring your own everything as the toiletries are very limited. Last but not least it’s right next to a funeral home. Enjoy!"

"Todo muy limpio gracias valery"

"TV was taking local only one Chanel working bad internet"

"Solo el parking es muy difícil conseguir"
