"We've stayed here before and have never had a problem, but this time the room had bugs and had a strong bug spray smell and the bathroom had a bad sewer smell. It might be an issue only in certain rooms. I mentioned it to the desk at check-out and the said they'd look into it. The breakfast is good and the location in Terminal 3 is very handy. We'll give them anorher try next time we fly through Jakarta."

"This was the second time I stayed here. They maintain the hotel really well, everything is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s really close to the airport and the shuttle service is awesome. Although the swimming pool was the first thing that got to my attention. "Good location, lovely staff. No elevator so be prepared for stairs. Although the staff are wonderful and help you carry your luggage if requested. Great for a transit stay - quiet, clean and convenient. Not the most well maintained property but I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms."
