No pool towels, no catch of the day. Offered 4 desserts, only have 1 choice. Had to call multiple times for room to be cleaned. Definitely not a 5 star.

The room was spotless. The staff were very kind and interested in making our experience the best it could be. The breakfast was delicious and we could see monkeys in the trees while having our morning coffee. The view from the room was a bit obscured but we were so close to the beach it didn't matter. ...
