"The hotel was very clean and hotel staff was very courteous. Would have given an excellent rating but on our last day, we waited 45 minutes at the restaurant to place our order and another 45 minutes to get our food. In house restaurant food was delicious but perhaps need to consider more staff during ..."

"Unique location, lodge and rooms have character. Quick drive to whiteface mountain. The restaurant has a good vibe and was packed on Saturday night. Kids liked the game room. Staff was helpful when we needed some extra service in the room."
