"When I arrived at about 10pm, there were several suspicious looking people standing in the front of the front door. I almost kept going but I had already reserved the room and paid for it. They gave me a room on the second floor, but no elevators so I had to carry all of my luggage upstairs 2 flights. "I have stayed here before. Staff is very nice, hot coffee (and breakfast bars/muffins) available in the morning. The A.C. worked very well, which is important to me. I appreciate that they have a refrigerator (where I stored my food for 5 days). This is a good value."

"Location was good - restaurants/coffee/shops all within walking distance. The room was NOT cleaned upon check-in. The bathroom door didn't lock (missing knob on the inside), and the drain to the tub was clogged so a shower turned into a bath within 30 seconds. Room service didn't appear until our 3rd day and most likely only because we asked. We also had to specifically ask them to take the trash and request additional toilet paper and towels."

"Nice. Clean. As expected. Only concern is they advertise shuttle service but Airport shuttle service only runs 4AM to 8:30AM. When I tried to schedule shuttle service I was informed the one person who drove the shuttle would be off in the morning and was unavailable."
