"Clean room and great staff"

"The hotel is in outstanding condition. Staff are all great. Room was quiet and very clean. Breakfast was great. I can’t think of anything they need to improve on. I would definitely stay there again."

"A Great Easy Location to get to & from to all of the eating establishments & attractions in the area. Upon check in, I was greeted warmly by a wonderful staffer, she made me feel welcome & offered any assistance during my Stay; later she gave me Fabulous Directions to the Conference I was attending + gave me a tasty menu recommendation when she gave me additional driving directions to meet friends for Dinner; she also directed me to the Airport the evening before I checked out. There’s no coffee maker in the room which if I’m paying a good amount even cheap hotels have coffee makers. And most places that have kitchens have stuff to use to cook with. "Not very clean, the room didn’t have enough towels and the staff was hesitant about giving more out (sheesh talk about ridiculous), the breakfast food was not appealing or tasty at all. Won’t stay here again… that’s for sure."

"No cleaning or new towels, it was pretty run-down."

Our daughter went to front desk at 3 am to get dry sheets and mattress cover! She said all she had was sheet and housekeeping would be in at 8! Now I am not stupid if you are the night manager you have access to whatever you need. She was just lazy, rude and didn’t want to bother! This was Sunday, November 1 and someone needs to update the...
