"Was very good apartment but i faced very big trouble as i have luxury car which is costly and i couldn’t find a parking eveb in the street while the weather was so hot in this summer, when i asked the property about it, they advised the parking should be in the street. If you are worry about the car be careful about this step."

"The cleaning was a big question mark. Everything from carpet to bedsheet to furniture was dirty with visible stains. It's very unhygienic to use dirty bedsheets which seems like used by previous guest and were not replaced. Otherwise, property itself is good. It's 15-20 min drive to JED airport and 25 min drive to Jeddah waterfront that has good sightseeing and dining."

"I booked a 3 bedroom apartment. One washroom shower had a big crack on the floor. We took picture and reported to the reception desk. They didnt switch our room. When we took shower, the whole washroom got filled with water. We reported to the reception. They gave us a wiper to clear the floor. Also due to the crack on the floor, the shower floor was shaky and unsafe to use. Also, the description of the apartment stated, there is a sofa bed in the living room. But in reality, it was just a sofa...

"It was clean they've also checked us in 30 minutes early which is very nice. Will definitely go back staff also speak english well. Its close to shops too."
