"The pool was closed. The shower had black stuff on the wall and the curtain above the ac unit appeared to have burn marks. The staff was nice."

"While the room was clean there weren’t but 2 towels in the room and when I asked for more I got 2 more. Both ice machines were broken and after using the washer I had to leave with a bag of wet clothes due to the dryer not drying as well. Upon checking in any questions we asked were met with frustration and a head nod. Sadly this staff needs more customer service training. I’m quite sure it was short staffed."
