"Our room was filthy. Used cotton swabs in the floor, fingernails all over the bed under the covers, cigarette burns and stains in the sheets. The bathroom door had a huge hole in it. The main room door did not seal all the way, you could see outside lights from the crack in the door. Manager said ..."
