"The pool was very dirty way too much chlorine and dirt all on the floor the hotel was very musty and humid with the smell of dog the room itself was clean but the TV did not work half the night there were no towels in the pool area we called the front desk to tell them and they brought 3 towels with 4 of us in the pool"

"We stayed at the Red Roof Inn Charlestown Indiana for 4 days. Highlights of the stay were that the room was clean and the location was convenient. The pool area seemed to be clean as well. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with some of the amenities. The VIP reward that I was to receive for booking through Expedia didnt happen. "Bathroom was filthy and smelled like pee. Toilet seat was broken. Main reason we booked hotel was for pool and it was totally green and no body would get in it. Steps to get up to room were filthy also with cigarette buts everywhere. Didnt even stay because the room smelled so bad. Had my 12 year old daughter with us. She was scared and upset about pool and condition of room. Full refund would be nice. Pictures and reviews on your sight are for the Radisson that sits infront of derby hotel. "
