"The room was good. We had a king suite with the jacuzzi tub. The tub worked perfectly! The bed was nice. The pool was big and clean. The staff was very friendly. The building was old and needed a deep clean and some cosmetic repairs. The breakfast was so-so. Overall, a good stay for the peice. "

"Beautiful hotel! Very friendly staff and a beautiful room. And in the perfect location to walk everywhere in Yellow Springs. The only downside was that the HVAC system in the room is noisy and the rooms could be more soundproof. We have been here before this visit and we will visit again. And their restaurant has delicious food!"

"The thermostat did not work ... Even though I called repair & they showed me how to do it once they left the hvac heater would not turn on... Your stat installer did Not Remove the clear protective film from the stat display. Signs of a poor install job... Nice to have a wall mounted stat but useless if it doesn't work... BTW your front desk said ever since the upgrade of wall mounted stats they have never worked correctly!! Time to call your HVAC Contractor & get this corrected. Also Your pool was not open... No good if it can not be used.... The TV was menue system was difficult to use but I did fig it out eventually... All employees where very nice & helpful Corporate needs to step up to the plate & get simple stuff working...."
