"This was my second time staying here and my room upstairs was much better than the first floor. The shower worked well and the tv as well. The hottub was hot and it was clean in the pool area. The breakfast is so so but all day coffee is a bonus. The staff at the front desk is excellent. The airport shuttle/uber was not utilized "

"This was one of the worst stays we have had. It was expensive. The room was dated, the black out blinds did not cover all the way. The shower head was broke and we called the front desk 3x and where told maintenance would be up. After 2 hours of waiting we went to bed. The next morning we went to the front desk and where told maintenance wouldn't be in until 8a. He came to out room and fix it at least enough to use it. The hot tub was not hot, jets didnt work and the pool was very cold. "

"The room was filthy with literal dirt on the sheets and pillow case, hair and debris on the floor, mold/mildew in the shower. Called Expedia customer service immediately and spoke with Dominic who offered another hotel for an additional charge totalling over $800 for four nights assuring me it was a 5 star facility. "Breakfast selections were small, coffee was not hot, room was not cleaned while we were there. Only one chair in the room and it was a desk chair. Really!? Lighting was really inadequate. Furniture was a bit scraped/beat up. But beds were comfortable and staff in entrance were friendly. That is the only staff I saw all weekend. Overall it was disappointing. "
