"Amazing views of the city, the room was modern with top of the line amenities. There was an ample amount of activities to choose from: restaurant choices, spa/relaxing options, shopping, and remarkable rooftop pool. Every single one of the staff members I encountered, from the hotel receptionist, Heidi, to the entire restaurant staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. I can’t wait to visit again, and I will definitely be staying at the Grand Hyatt!"

"Beautiful property with a great ocean view room we had. Literally took us a few minutes just to walk to the beach. The hotel was beautiful, but they could update the room and change the carpet to bamboo or wood flooring or tiles. As American citizen, I try to abide by their rigid rules of no shoes in the room and to wear a slippers. However, they need to change that white carpet or beige carpet to wood flooring. Very helpful staff. I appreciate them."

"엄마와 함께 여행하며 숙소를 선택했는데 한라산뷰 최고 였어요. 3박하는 동안 매일매일 룸 완벽히 치워주시고 어메너티도 너무 좋았어요. 사우나와 피트니스 시설도 좋고 5/15 오후 1시에 스톤 까페도 이용했는데 빵과 디저트, 커피 모두 맛있었고 직원분도 친절하시고 프로페셔널하셔서 기분 좋게 잘 이용 하였습니다. 호텔 예약시 “VIP Access 숙소에서 누리는 골드 회원 혜택• 2인 무료 음료: 1인당 1개(숙박 기간 내 1회)”에 대한 문의도 리셉션 직원분께서 잘 해결해주셨습니다."
