"Would not return, because 1. The room is very spacious and comfortable, but Outside the room, the hotel is too crowded and chaotic - does not feel like a luxurious hotel. 2. Elevators are a pain to use. There are 8 total, but only 2 seem to be working, and the elevator takes long time to access. The up and down lights blink at the same time, so there is no way to know which way it is going. Bottom line is that it takes a long time to use the elevator for going out and coming back."

"Great stay at the Shilla Hotel and a perfect start after a long journey to the island. "

"Room was spacious and clean. Have living room with Nespresso coffee maker, bar fridge, electric kettle. Had a large balcony with view of ocean which was nice and the a/c was nice and cool. Had a 3rd floor room (highest) which was nice but no elevator to get up there - especially with luggage. Didn’t have the hotel breakfast so cannot comment on it. Dislikes: light switch combo did not separate sleep area with living area (either all on or off) - maybe had to reprogram the remote(?). Could have refilled the coffee pods daily. Had and paid for 3 people but only got 2 large bath towel daily. Minor issues and would not stop me from staying here again. "

"This hotel feels like its older in terms of interior and design, the space between beds are tighter, and interior also quite dated. Bathroom also quite small. Cleanliness is ok. And the power switch to put in our adaptor didnt work very well. Only good thing is we get the ocean view right in front of us with our window. Overall just decent but not fantastic."

"I didn't expect the breakfast but it was really good! All vegetable and foods were fresh and delicious. Parking space was enough and cleaned room. "

"Air conditioning was turned off when we were there but since the weather is rather cooling in April when we were there so it's still okay. Great for families!"
