The staff was amazing. The room was clean enough. We stayed for 5 nights, I think that hotel is perfect for a 1 or 2 night stay, the amenities are pretty limited. Towels are way too small. We asked to have our room cleaned on the 3rd day, they only removed the trash and gave us towels. We had to clean the floor ourselves and make our own beds.
The water filter in the room is very convenient. The washers and dryers are new and easy to use.
There was a meeting room but we had no access to it. There was no place to sit and play games. I've been in other hotels in Jeju that have a dining area where you can gather and talk and play games. We were a little disappointed that this hotel had nothing like that. We had to make due with 2 little tables in our room.
Overall, I would recommend, but not if you are staying longer than 3 nights. If we had stayed 3 days and 2 nights, my review would be 5 stars.
