"Excellent location, polite and helpful staff, just the room isolation was poor, temperature adjusted as needed, very good and tasty breakfast"

"Hôtel calme situé dans la rue piétonne de Jelenia Góra. Accueil par une personne parlant très mal l'anglais. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment pauvre, ni yaourt ni jus de fruit."

"A boutique accommodation in a beautiful setting with charming rooms and a wonderful onsite restaurant."

"Amazing stay. Beautiful place!"

"Very nice views close to Jelenia Gora , close to Japanese Garden / Park . This is not a place where You will go for all convenience . It is a more of resort than a regular hotel, if U R looking for more of the hotel like experience this one it is not . More for families with kids for longer stay . Kitchen is fully stocked , wood stove , lots of cabinet space ....nice but not necessary my type of place . Spa , pool, some other services on site .Clean overall , staff is very welcoming"

"Nice place, free pool entrance, kids club Minus - the sofa very uncomfortable Happy with stay and services, just the bed quality was not good."

"Ośrodek warty polecenia. Dobra lokalizacja oraz przystępna cena. Bardzo dobre i różnorodne śniadania."
