"The room was a total DUMP!! When we first walked in it smelled old and musty!! No kind of cleaning agents present!! Dirty, nasty carpet! "The room was very rundown…the shower head seal was old and sprayed water all over the floor, despite the shower curtain. stains were all over the floors and bathroom counter. we turned the air conditioner on but it wasn’t consistent. All in all, it got us out of the room faster to enjoy Napa :)"

The towels were worn and literally ragged and there were no toiletries except one measly thin soap to be used for everything. There was no coffee to be found anywhere or even nearby.
