An excellent hotel.

The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, which made my stay very pleasant. I wish I could have stayed longer. Its location in Jeonju Hanok Village was also very convenient.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. The hanok village is right beside the hotel which made it very convenient. We had a nice view of hanok village from our hotel room. Will definitely stay here again on our next Korea trip!

Staff were pleasant, friendly and amazing! Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Hotel location was FANTASTIC! The hanbok village is located right behind the hotel...couldn't have been any closer!

Except good location and view Everything else was the worst hotel experience I have ever had 1. Swimming Pools. It was a lot smaller than the pic. Water hygiene wasn’t good And the worst of all staff were not interested in helping us. Like.. we had to go up and down to get things done. Like. To use sun bed. Every staff was just sitting and standing there like AI robot 2. Room I have never been to a hotel where they give you only one pillow for each. One of reason why I go to ‘nice’ hotels is for hotel bedding. But it was really uncomfortable 3. Bathroom in the room Towels were like thousands years old. And it wasn’t hygiene I do not wanna recommend this hotel There are a lot better accommodations around

Very fine hotel with prime location and georgeous views on the hanok village. Very pleasant and stylish communal areas (library-café, breakfast, hall). Large rooms. Unfortunately they assigned us a room on a floor where students were partying all night long .we had to ask the reception to intervene at 3 am. Unacceptable !

한옥마을 입구쪽에 있어서 차 이동 없이 시간절약하기에 좋았어요. 전반적으로 무난했는데 타숙소에 비해 유난히 침대가 불편해서 숙면하기가 힘들었습니다. 호텔내 맥주무제한 이벤트가 있었지만 이용하기에는 큰 메리트가 없어서 아쉬었습니다.
