We requested another room, but they could only do that by having us change rooms on the next day or the following day. "The location was terrific. Close to just about everything you want to walk to in historic Savannah. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The negatives- Our balcony doors would not lock or even seal up without tying bathrobe belts to the handles and to a table to keep tight seal on door that would keep out the road noise. The sofa was stained and dirty. The bathroom smelled really bad and had pee stains around base of toilet. The best part was the noise machine! Amazing amenity!"
