"Could not park very near the room, which was upstairs down a long exterior walkway. They could not provide a room with a fridge. At least, as with other Motel 6s, there was an ice dispenser in the lobby, so we could cool our perishables that way. It smelled as though someone was smoking near the room. Running the bathroom fan helped reduce that a bit. Traffic noise was prominent. There is central AC, which does not have a thermostat but only an option to set fan speed. "Beware, it's a long way from Twin Falls, 30+ minutes, by road to the East. It's beside a very noisy concrete plant, (the rooms, at the north end, farthest from reception) and a truck stop with trucks refuelling of parked up at night. Tiny TV, the place while clean and comfortable is a bit of an 80s / 90s throwback. If it's late at night and you need a bed for one night, it'll do, as long as you avoid the concrete making. "Checking in was easy. The gentleman at the desk was helpful. It’s an older property but it was clean and well cared for. I appreciated the television service the motel used as I was able to watch a favorite program not available on Roku that many hotels have gone to. Sound carried quite a bit in this motel. The mattress could have been better. It had a dip in it that made it hard to get comfortable. The curtain on the window did nothing to block the security light outside, so the room was not...

"We make it a point to always stay at the Oregon Trail Inn when we are passing through the Twin Falls area. It is always a wonderful stay. Rooms are spacious. They have good size refrigerators with freezers and the property is always enjoyable. They have a nice big lawn out front where we can tether our dog to the tree. Always a wonderful stay"
