A lot of cleaning involved in order to avoid “additional fees”. I am not a messy person but there is certain things I’d rather not do while I’m on vacation and having to pay for a luxury room.

No blanket provided (middle of winter). When contacted property they said “go buy one at the nearest bedding store” Really? Had to improvise with linens. And with that they charge 100 USD per night for hospitality. What hospitality, I might ask?

worst place ever

The building are nice from the outside. The apartments leave something to be desired. They are only good for one night stays. If you plan to stay longer than one night i would suggest a hotel chain. The furniture is outdated. The bed is about a foot off the floor and the mattress was hard as a rock. LIke is said they are only good for one night stays. felt like i was in a motel 6

These suites are clearly made for longer stays than just a night. All the products were there to live at least a week: garbage bags, dish soap, shower products, etc..

The walls were scuffed and the carpet stained. The coffee maker was broken, no glasses other than large goblets. Master bedroom TV didn’t work.

Well managed property, good concierge service and were happy to store luggage for a few hours after checkout. Amenities and lcoation to local services was excellent. Amenities and equipment within the apartment were also useful and in good condition.

Stay at a big hotel chain instead

The building and the room itself was acceptable but FINDING the building was incredibly difficult due to the very small sign on the building, which wasn’t visible from a vehicle. The payment expected for parking was completed unacceptable - the web page did not note for what you were being asked to pay nor the amount you were being ask to pay. This is akin to giving a stranger a blank check. Will never stay here again.

Nice place to stay, but could be cleaner

The location of the property was fantastic, the check in experience was smooth and easy, and overall the room met our needs. The amenities were first class, with a nice patio that included a swimming pool, chairs to take in the amazing views, and even a fire pit and BBQ area. The gym was also fantastic, and included everything you need to continue with your work out routine. The bed's were comfortable, and the apartment was quiet and well furnished. However the unit had a few issues that if taken care of would make this a perfect place to stay. First, the condition of the carpets was horrible. There were huge stains on all of the carpets, and they took away from the overall comfort of the unit. Also there were two rugs in the unit that were disgusting. I had to get down on my knees to get something that dropped, and put my hands on the rugs, and when I got up, my hands were extremely dirty and had a strong odor. I would recommend that they get rid of the rugs, or at the very least have them cleaned. Other than that the unit was in a great location, and reasonably comfortable.

Excellent pour une famille

L'appartement est parfait pour une famille : belle espace, bien équipé ( lave linge, séché linge, lavé vaisselle), piscine sur le toit idéal après une longue journée, proximité de tout ( path , centre commercial avec des magasins de discount, supermarkey shoprite, distributeurs, restaurants ...) Pour aller à Manhattan on prend le path: 15 mn jusqu'à WTC, 25 mn jusqu'à 33eme rue proche de Time square. Nous recommandons vivement pour les familles qui veulent de l'espace et commodité tout en étant proche de NYC. Il faudrait par contre changer le canapé lit: il n'est pas confortable.
