"Really slow and small elevators. Room was not really clean, hair and stuff from the old walls on the floor, we could see it was not vacuum cleaned. You always have to bring down the towels on your own to get new ones, like in a hostel. Room only gets cleaned when you say the day before at the reception. Our window was not well isolated, its really loud. Also the AC is loud, you can not sleep with it on. Room was quite big for NY. Employees were friendly."

"When I checked in, my family and i went straight to my room, turned the lights and noticed some lights weren't working. Tried calling front desk, no answer. So we decided to take all our belongings and head back to front desk. That was about 20-30mins, got to the line for front desk/guest services and it was long. I stood in the line wasn't moving..had already stood in line for 25-30mins, asked my husband to come (who was with my kids), asked him if he could ask an associate in the Diamond...
