"I walked in to get a room I reserved onlinr only for my reservations not to be there I was talking to a staff member at the desk that was there last time I try to get a room from this very same hotel and after seeing rooms available 10 mins prior whenI asked for a room he said they was booked this was on a random Tuesday now this time im having trouble with a reservations so they tell me to make it again so I made the reservations right there in front of them they gave me my room key only to go...

"The hotel was in reconstruction, noise, the elevator doesn’t work, no parking. Bed was uncomfortable."

"Loved how comfortable the beds were. Loved that it was quiet and how helpful the staff was. Loved its location, very central. I felt the furnishings and decor were out of date, but clean and comfortable. Wasn't crazy about the hallways leading to our room or the elevators being slow. I would say overall that I would recommend this place and would consider returning."

"It was very clean. The beautiful outside seating was so nice, in the evening the fire pits were very comfortable to sit outside. I did not like that there were not any lounges with cushioned seats where you can have a drink and just sit without being at a bar."

"I love the Hard Rock. We went to Atlanta City last weekend and rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. We stayed in the north tower which is a little more calmer than the south tower. I will definitely go back."
