"The staff at Bannisters always go above & beyond whenever we stay. Most recently a friend and I booked accommodation for our wives to stay for an early Mothers day present. I informed admin staff via email and a wonderful lady at reception by the name of Jessica upgraded rooms for our wives & also left them a complementary bag of chocolates made by a local confectionery business.

"We had a wonderful stay at Sinclairs Country Retreat. The private rooms are very comfortable, and we were lucky to have a lovely terrace overlooking the garden, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
The owners were kind and friendly. Breakfast was very good overall; in my opinion, it could be improved with a bit more fresh fruit and some savory options (such as eggs and ham).
Overall, the price-quality ratio is excellent, and we would definitely recommend staying here."

"Absolutely appalled by our stay at Nightcap in Nowra. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had.
The biggest issue was the complete lack of reliable hot water for the entire stay. Three separate incidents of freezing cold showers over multiple days and clearly nobody cared enough to fix the issue. We reported this each time we couldn't access warm water and each time our concerns went unassisted.
