" I'm disappointed with our recent hotel experience. We booked a relaxing birthday trip for my wife, but the hotel was crowded with unmanaged children and noisy guests. The pool was unmonitored, and my wife was injured by a ball. The staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't manage the crowd effectively. Expected better service from Marriott and plan to raise this issue with them. "

"We only used this hotel as a base, can't comment on breakfast, bar etc. Fabulous location, right next to station and easy walk to everything we wanted....cocktail bars, restaurants, O2 city hall, riverside and metro station to the coast. Clean, excellent shower, helpful staff and reasonably priced"

"In theory this should be a great hotel however it’s so noisy at night. Should have realised when we got to the room and there were ear plugs at the side of the bed. Rooms are so hot and no air con so you have to open the windows then you get the noise. Should be told when booking that you won’t get to sleep before 2 am due to the noise of the bars around the hotel. "

"The room was clean. Bathroom was nice and modern. Only issue was hot tap was scolding. There was tea, coffee no biscuits or a spoon to stir with. Room had iron, fan, hairdryer. The bed was comfortable. We parked at the rear. We had paid for breakfast which was at the hotel over the road. Breakfast was self service but it was good. Bacon, sausage, scrambled egg etc. there was also cold meats and croissants. I would say we had a good stay"
