"No hay recepción por lo que debes de avisar antes de tu llegada para que alguien te espere y te abra en la propiedad, pero aquí en hoteles.com por ningún lado te indican eso, por lo que el ingreso no fue el mejor. La estancia buena y la atención también. Eso sí, nos sugirieron que podíamos dejar la camioneta afuera estacionada en la calle y no habría problemas, nos multaron, jajja. Mejor dejarlo en el estacionamiento que está a dos cuadras."

"I want a full refund for Casa Memo! My other accomodations (The Backyard Hotel and Hotel Santo Tomas) were excellent as advertised. Hotel Casa Memo a disaster. We informed the hotel prior to booking of our late arrival, and upon arrival at SJO, our Rental Car Company called the motel informing that we would be later, 0030 hours.
