The manager was incompetent and completely unprofessional to resolve the issue, excusing that Expedia overbooked the reservation. I could suggest to delete this hotel from the options to work with Expedia. I called Expedia Costumer Service! And my family and I were relocated to Hampton Hilton. BIG shout out to the Expedia team who fixed our experience. I will continue to use Expedia for my family trips. "
