"Stayed there a week, the washer/dryer didn’t work and I wasn’t notified. There isn’t enough staff working. I had to wait for my room after check in time and also there were times no one was in the front desk. I emailed the manager and got no response, unless the front desk person gave me the wrong email."

"I am very disappointed. First, Expedia doesn’t tell you about the deposit you have to cough up before you have paid for the room in full. It has been 7 days and I STILL haven’t received my deposit back! The people at the Hyatt assured me,upon check out, that it should only take 1-3 days! That money was for other things and ruined them. Of course had I known about it I wouldn’t have booked my stay there in the first place!
Also, the parking garage, attached to the hotel, is not explained at...
