"The Vienna House Easy provided a great location for walking in the shopping area. The staff pleasantly served our group and the hotel provided clean and accommodating rooms."
"Staff at the front desk were really helpful. The room was small but perfectly comfortable and had great amenities, including soft lighting (not just big overhead lights), soap, shampoo etc, a functioning kitchenette, tea and coffee, and a comfy bed. Bonus that the TV also connected to YouTube, Netflix etc. Easy to get to from the train station and a short walk to the main square. Was really happy with the whole experience of staying here and would stay here again."
"The rooms have recently been renovated so everything is new, clean and modern. The room had a small kitchen for cooking, bathroom had a washing machine for cloths, the bathroom and living/bedroom where a good size.
I was really happy with my stay and would definitely go back again!!!"

"Lovely brand new hotel - recently taken over by VOCO IHG chain. Breakfast was amazing with good choices. Transport links were easy. 1hr to get the train to Krakow. Get the AP bus also - airport to hotel area in around 40 mins and cost 7 zloty each. A cab on arrival was 258!! Lovely coffee machine and kettle in the room. We had a standard room which had a sofa. Very good deal. "
"If you're booking a hostel to have a shower and sleep, I'd recommend booking elsewhere! This place fails at both.
The bed is a cheap foam mattress, that was full of lumps and totally squashed on one side. This resulted in sleeping on about 40cm of mattress and even then i could feel the wood slats underneath.
The shower is a joke. Temperature is set to 31°. Freezing cold, but that's ok, because when you press the 'eco friendly' water button, it stays on for a whole 3 seconds! So you have to push the button with one hand and wash with other while freezing your butt off.
Add to that, there is a someone living in the room. Thinks the room is all his. Turns off all the lights at 9pm and makes annoyed noises if you dare turn them back on! Clothes, bags and food piled around his bed. He also never leaves, just lays on his bed all day in his underwear.
Plenty of other better hostels in this city!
