"This is a nice apartment at a reasonable cost quite near the train station and the main shopping streets. There is no staff everything is handled electronically; personally I was confused by the door because the numbers don't show until you touch it and it looks like you use a card; there was a keybox next to the door where I thought I would find a card but I eventually figured it out. The lights were all electronic and automated which was ok once you figured it out but it would turn off if you...

"Extremely disappointing experience at Radisson Blu. Throughout the night, neighboring guests were shouting and loudly knocking on doors across the hallway, making it impossible to sleep. When I went to the front desk the next morning to report the issue, the staff was completely unhelpful. Their only explanation was that the hotel had been "fully booked"—with no real apology or effort to address the situation. Being at full capacity is no excuse for ignoring guest complaints after a completely...

There was a coffee machine in the lobby, which made several kinds of coffee/espresso, available at all times for free. Also free apples and cookies. Lobby had comfortable seating and tables, and several games. Shower was excellent, room was old but clean. Location was perfect, half a block from the Theaterplein...
